At JML Garden Rooms we also design and install Garden Annexe’s which have been a popular choice for self-catering and holiday rental accommodation.

Our Garden Annexe’s are also designed and built using SIPs allowing them to be very durable, thermal efficient (minimising ongoing heating costs) and with great acoustic sound proofing properties. With our own manufacturing facility, we have the capacity to build our Garden Annexes completely off-site which allows us to transport them to site and have them installed within a day causing minimal disruption to your home or business. 

Our in-house design team allows you to sit down and discuss your own specific requirements and help create a beautiful accommodation space which works perfectly for your clientele.  We have a range of off-the-shelf designs to choose from or we can design something bespoke to your specific needs.  We offer a full turnkey service, whereby our team can manage and coordinate every aspect of the build for you from the first meeting to discuss your requirements and acquiring any necessary planning permission right through to any decking and landscaping needs and handing over your keys on completion.
