Full marks to JML Garden Rooms for delivering an excellent garden office for us, on time and to budget. Fantastic build quality - tested thoroughly in the recent storms - and finish. You do get what you pay for, and we are delighted with it.

We’ve been in our JML Garden Rooms extension for 6 weeks now and still can’t believe just how incredible it is! The process from our first tentative conversation until completion took just over a year, but from start to finish the JML team have delivered every step of the way: particularly helped along the journey by Claire, Jakki, Ross and a fantastic group of experienced and friendly joiners, and other tradespeople. Communication was excellent throughout the process, requests accommodated without fuss, and any queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was a definite pride taken in their work by the joiners and a real attention given to even small details. The end result is all the more remarkable given the groundworks started in early November with the extension completed just before the Christmas holiday! The weather was truly awful at times, especially for the groundworks team and roofers, despite which all the tradespeople worked away without complaint. Throughout, they were respectful for the neighbours and our properties and were at pains to keep things tidy and protected as much as possible. JML project management with all trades was seamless and we had many a comment from friends and neighbours about how hard working the team seemed to be, and how speedy and efficient the whole process was. A testament to a job really well done are the wonderful comments we get when people see the extension for the first time! We went with JML Garden Rooms based on their reputation and being a local firm. We have been delighted with their work and ethos, and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Fantastic company, can't rate them highly enough. From initial contact through to delivery of our Isopod, JML were excellent.

We had an office pod installed in July last year. Overall it has been an excellent investment - as was considerably less expensive than similar products from other companies. We had a cat3 internet cable included as part of the installation which has worked brilliantly, and I have have worked in the pod full-time throughout the summer and winter. In the summer it gets warm, but the large sliding door means it is easy to cool down and we have installed blinds (not part of JML installation) to prevent glare. We used a small electric radiator in the winter to get the temperature up during the day, but the room retains the heat really well and once the sun hits the windows the radiator isn't really needed anyway. With the door closed, it keeps the sound from the neighbour's dog out pretty well. Installation was great, and took about a week to get most of the room up with interior decorating taking another few days after that. We got this room as we were expecting a baby and we wanted a separate space where one parent could work whilst the other did the childcare. It has been perfect for that.

We were very happy with the whole process from design to completion of our wonderful garden room. JML were very flexible during the design process, as we finalised all the different features and options we wanted. The tradesmen were always very professional, arriving on time and keeping everything quite tidy, despite the significant amount of works.

I love my IsoPod – it’s the perfect size for my home office and the whole process was so easy.  It’s really well insulated and has been cosy, even during the recent cold spell.  The team gave me a full pack of information and have been really quick to respond to any questions; fantastic customer service both before and after installation.

I couldn’t be happier with my garden salon and my clients love it too! The whole JML team were great to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The guys on-site were very considerate of my garden and left it tidy each evening. It has given me a very tranquil space to work from.

JML delivered a fabulous garden room, with outstanding service from start to finish! We chose JML because of the limited groundworks required and their willingness to deal with tricky access to the garden through the house. Also we were able to customise the room to better suit the space and our needs - we increased the length of the room, added skylights and extended the decking area. Planning and logistics of delivery were handled by JML superbly and the on-site build team were brilliant (very tidy and the dog loved them!). Although completion of the cladding was delayed due to supply problems, we were kept up to date with progress and able to use the room in the meantime. Everything was finished meticulously and is of a very high quality. The finished room is even better than we had envisaged.

I have just had a Lowlander garden room installed by JML. From start to finish I have been so impressed by their team and their product. Everyone has been helpful and professional, tailoring the service, making it as customer focused as possible and making sure they deliver to timescales. The room itself is fantastic - the materials are of the highest quality - I think it will be amazing to work in. I love it!

Garden room planned and installed with JML.  Result is a finely finished warm and cosy room which we are using as an art studio and study.  Everyone is very pleased with our garden room. Few snags very quickly spotted and rectified by the team.

JML built a wonderful garden room for us and we are absolutely delighted with it.  The quality of workmanship and materials is excellent.  All snagging was dealt with quickly and efficiently.  The end product is first class with a luxurious feel. It is very well designed and blends in beautifully with the trees in the garden.  Jakki's communication with us throughout the whole process was great.  She was friendly, patient and helpful, even when we made changes to the design.  I have no hesitation in recommending JML and would certainly use them again if we ever needed another garden room!

From start to finish, the customer service was exemplary.  We couldn't be happier with the end result.  It's clear to see how the care and attention shown by Jakki and the tradespeople who crafted the build is reflected in the materials, details and overall quality of the outdoor office.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.  Althoughly slightly more expensive than other companies, I think it was more than worth the extra cost.  The process was stress free and the builders were respectful to us and our neighbours.

I heard about JML by word of mouth and was very impressed by the commitment of the entire team, from the first site visit to handing over the keys.  Everyone was cheerful, professional, well informed about the project and kept me up to date on progress.  The specification of the build was excellent and was to a standard of quality control that is not often found these days.

JML have built the most perfect garden studio for me facing south over our neighbouring golf course, with underfloor heating, a kitchenette and generous sliding windows.  I can't wait to landscape the garden around it and as an artist am settling into whole days of undisturbed creativity.  Jakki Cosgrove masterminded the project with infectious enthusiasm from start to finish and the JML construction team worked tirelessly through challenging weather conditions to finish on schedule.  I could not recommend JML more highly.

JML have recently built us a Lowlander garden room which we are using as a gym. They were extremely professional in all aspects of the planning and construction, especially given some of the challenges of Covid during the whole process. The onsite team were amazing, working in some extremely difficult weather conditions and always left the site tidy. We are really pleased with the end result and it is the perfect space to use our gym equipment which had previously been housed in the garage.

It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your team.  We have very high standards here and I have been nothing but impressed with the way your guys go about their daily tasks and how they respond to any questions or requests.  We will landsape very nicely and it's going to look awesome. 

JML Garden Rooms did exactly what they said they would do and exactly when they would do it, and at the price quoted.  The two men doing the building were efficient, polite and helpful; they worked extremely long hours and paid great attention to every detail.  The electricians and the painter employed by the company were equally impressive and professional.  The office staff of JML were always helpful and ready to answer questions.  I would happily recommend the firm to anyone (and have done so already).
