Roofing & insulation

For maximum protection and longevity, we use an EPDM single-ply membrane, professionally bonded to form a flat, weather-resistant roof.

We then finish it with Firestone RubberCover, known across the industry for its exceptional durability, flexibility, and long lifespan.

Internal finishings

Your garden office interior will be expertly taped, filled, and painted in the colour of your choice for a clean, modern finish. We also install ceiling spotlights as standard, and you can choose from a wide selection of high-quality flooring options.

Exterior cladding

Our garden office comes with Western Red Cedar cladding as standard—a premium, naturally durable timber that does not require chemical treatment. Its rich tones and weather-resistant properties offer a luxurious finish that enhances the look of your outdoor workspace.

Lighting & media
