As the Coronavirus continues to dominate everything that now happens in the UK and the world, we hope this message finds you and yours safe and in good health. Like so many businesses at this present time, we took the decision to temporarily suspend all JML Garden Rooms work in our factory and on site to safeguard the health and well-being of our staff, their families, our customers and all our potential customers.  The reality of this means that our showrooms are now closed, we will not be able to carry out any on-site consultations, and our installations will be pushed back a few weeks.  However, Jakki Cosgrove, our Garden Rooms Manager and her team continue to work safely at home.  They have been busy continuing to deal with enquiries, issuing quotes and working on some exciting new designs to add to our current range.  We also plan to launch our new website next month, which we will keep you posted on.

We appreciate that the demand for home offices, home gyms and multi-functional outside spaces are now at the forefront of many people’s minds.  Our team are ready and able to listen, advise and chat through your needs and requirements for your new outside space and can even carry out an initial ‘virtual’ survey to guide you on options.  We also fully appreciate that many customers may feel uncomfortable committing to an order during these uncertain times, and in order to combat any feelings of risk, we have partnered up with Pegasus Personal Finance (www.pegasuspersonalfinance.co.uk) to give you peace of mind and spread the cost of your garden room over a longer period of time.

You can rest assured that we want to minimise delays to our customers’ orders and we will be back up and running again on site as soon as it is safe to do so.  In the meantime, we have a number of questions it would be useful for you to consider when getting in touch:

• Where in the garden would you want your garden room situated?
• What is access like to your garden room location?
• Would you like any bespoke changes made to your design, or any optional extras or upgrades?
